3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability
- A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit
- Minimum stay requirements may apply during peak seasons
3.2 Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required to secure booking
- Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
- Full payment required for bookings made within 30 days of arrival
- All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR)
4. Cancellation Policy
- More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund less admin fee
- 30-60 days before arrival: 50% of total booking value
- Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund
- We strongly recommend travel insurance
5. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability
- Valid ID required at check-in
6. House Rules
- No smoking inside the property
- No pets allowed without prior arrangement
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Maximum occupancy must be adhered to
7. Liability
- We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property
- Guests are responsible for any damage to property
- A security deposit may be required
- Travel insurance is recommended
8. Activities and Services
- Activities are subject to availability and weather conditions
- Some activities may require additional waivers
- Third-party services are subject to separate terms
- Advance booking recommended for activities
9. Privacy and Data Protection
- We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Your data is protected under applicable laws
- We do not share your information with third parties except as required
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
